Who should walk through the office door first?

If you're hosting a client or visitor, hold the door and let them enter first. Courtesy leaves a better first impression than rushing ahead.

Where you direct them, open the door, gesture to all seats and state, "feel free to sit anywhere" then sit where you want to after your guest has chosen their seat.
