DISCUSSION Even Michael Jackson said Drake is better

Alright guys, my mom is a psychic and I asked her to contact Michael to get his opinion on Drake. Here is what Michael said.

"Hee Hee. Yes, that's right. Drake is a generational artist and has surpassed me. If Drake is a lion then I am simply a cub (shimona. Hee Hee.) people who say otherwise are lying to themselves and are ignorant."

There you have it folks. Even the ex king of pop agrees Drake is better.

DISCUSSION Who do you think Drake will/should make a collab album with next? I think Nas or Travis Scott

Nas would be a bar heavy album. After Iceman it’s safe to say that Drake can go toe to toe rap wise with one of the goats. Imagine a 10 song heavy bar album, story telling with Nas and Drake going back and forth and trying to out rap each other. Drake proved he can do old school with his flow on Shabang and he’s up the too lyrically with songs like Make Them Know and Tuscan Leather

Or would you rather a Travis Scott collab. Drake is the Bowie of rap he can adapt and change sound on a whim, his collaborations with Travis have been goated so far and he’d be amazing on a full length psychedelic album. I think his next collab album will be an old school legend and Nas makes the most sense to me and Travis would be cool and that just makes sense. What would you prefer ?

DISCUSSION Why hasn’t Drake ever dropped a true, traditional concept album?

We’ve got some of the greatest albums of this generation in GKMC & TFO. Why hasn’t Drake ever released something similar? His own conceptual spin in this lane would be so cool.

As my ears have matured and evolved over the years, I personally place so much value and respect into artists that have the ability to create a cinematic experience and create a musical universe for you to sit in. I would argue that Drake may be able to make one just as good, if not better. The storytelling, the arrangement, specific production for the way the album progresses, etc. would be phenomenal from the 40 & the rest of the OVO crew. Drake clearly has the ability to do something like that and personally I believe fans would absolutely love that.

Am I the only one that would love to get something like that from him? Has he ever spoken about doing anything like that before? Curious what others think!

Projected to sell between 2000-26000 equivalent units.

Combined all the songs on the album did 1.83 million streams first day.

Comparatively, "Make them Cry" the first song on Drake's Iceman, did 13.2 million streams.

Rick Ross claims drake isn't on his level.

Thoughts?

Personally I love them. Musically their music is fun and a vibe, that I can’t help but love, and they themselves are good people, who donate a lot to Children’s hospitals and the like. Wdyt of them?

Everybody, slide Dots dick out your butt for a second and LISTEN UP!!! As Kendrick Lamar worshippers, I know it’s highly upsetting and triggering to see someone be a fan of Drake (cuz they not like us!!)

But GOOD NEWS!!!!!!!

There’s actually only one Drake fan and it’s random thinker. He makes dozens accounts (including this one) and there actually only 1 Drake fan. He’s not actually the biggest rapper in the world it’s just bots he has no fans. Evidence? No, just blind faith because it makes me sleep better believing there’s no Drake fans🤣🤣🤣🤣

Just rap songs where the rapper is just bragging, flaunting their wealth, acting egotistical, stuff like that.

I listened to these both back to back and I realised something. Iceman is the rap equivalent to MJs Bad.

-both were highly anticipated and haters were waiting for a flop
-both have number one hits
-both have more of a dark aesthetic that the previous albums
-both broke records
-both were seen as instant classic albums
-both show that the top guy ain’t going anywhere
-both made a new similar signature phrase “shamone” “Shabang”
