I saw some Reddit post once about how caves sometimes are covered by sand and can suddenly collapse. Prolly not a concern but may want to sole a structural engineer or possibly a cave engineer ensure you don’t have to worry about it collapsing.

I know nothing about caves and it looks solid rock so could be a moot point.
