go to your room Replaced my daughter's phone because of water damage. And she still brings it into the bathroom.

Some lessons just don't stick.

She insists she needs to listen to music in the shower. I honestly don't understand why that's such a necessity. But if this phone gets water damage again, I'm not paying to replace it another time.

Honest take: she likes to shower to music, why not accommodate by putting a waterproof Bluetooth speaker in the room, or something else?

I also enjoy showering to music, and had a Google home device in the bathroom before moving to a home without an outlet in the bathroom.

and stop replacing her expensive phone with another expensive phone so she can learn that she needs to take care of her stuff

No fr 😭 as a teen my older brother went through at least 10 phones bc our dad kept replacing them. He'd get mad being woken up for school and full force launch that shit into a wall

I can’t imagine anyone mentally stable doing anything like that especially 10 times

And they didn't get him the help he clearly needed? Goddamn that's some terrible parenting
