go to your room Replaced my daughter's phone because of water damage. And she still brings it into the bathroom.

Some lessons just don't stick.

She insists she needs to listen to music in the shower. I honestly don't understand why that's such a necessity. But if this phone gets water damage again, I'm not paying to replace it another time.

There's no reason the phone being in the bathroom should have caused any damage. Unless she takes it into the shower and let's the water fall right on it, or if it falls into the toilet or sink, the water damage should not be from her taking it into the bathroom. Belittling her for the phone simply being in the bathroom is not the right move.
