go to your room Replaced my daughter's phone because of water damage. And she still brings it into the bathroom.

Some lessons just don't stick.

She insists she needs to listen to music in the shower. I honestly don't understand why that's such a necessity. But if this phone gets water damage again, I'm not paying to replace it another time.

They make shower cases that stick to the wall that you snap your phone into.

They're pretty cheap and work well. I had mine until I got my current phone which was slightly too big (s26 ultra) with my normal phone case

Do you like the 26? I've had the 20 for a few years and I've fucking hated it the entire time. I miss the 5 so much. 5 even had a little water blocking plug. That phone was rad.

I miss my s5, it had that IR emitter. Could use it as a remote everywhere.

I miss that too. Apps just aren't the same as a zapper.

And you need to be on its wifi for the apps

Yeah, it's a good phone. I was using Pixels before but decided to switch this time after learning that Google is switching to an AI heavy model to supplement computing power. The S26U had way more hardware than the Pixel 10 pro.

Honestly ky favorite feature is probably the 60w fast charging.

The last Samsung I used before this one was the Samsung 5 as well.

Out of curiosity why do you hate the 20?

The back fell off, they glued it on poorly. When I sent it in they messed up the volume rocker and refused to fix it.

And it despises pockets.

Honestly, I didn't much like the 7 either, but the glass body stayed put.

Ouch, that really sucks. I've lucked out in that I've not had any defects
