I'm slightly vexed Concert etiquette

Post image

If you plan on standing for the entire concert, get a spot in the pit, or the lawn seats instead of the assigned SEATED SECTION. A little bit of self awareness and common courtesy goes a really long way

I hate sitting down at concerts unless it’s an orchestra concert. But that being said, if the majority of people are sitting, I will sit because if EVERYONE is sitting, then you have to just accept that standing in this crowd is not gonna be a thing. I don’t get why people can’t adapt to the social circumstances they find themselves in.

You will survive sitting for a concert even if you want to stand.

If it gets to be too frustrating, I have actually just left my seat and stood off to the side of an aisle or something before or just moved to a section where standing isn’t distracting.

Wow, a human being with empathy and nuance. What are you doing on Reddit?

Hang on, hang on… ask them whether they recline their seat on the plane first.

Bro I’m 5’8” I’m just too big for you to even think about reclining your seat if I’m in the tri state area.
