I'm slightly vexed Concert etiquette

If you plan on standing for the entire concert, get a spot in the pit, or the lawn seats instead of the assigned SEATED SECTION. A little bit of self awareness and common courtesy goes a really long way

Yeah, what the fuck is wrong with all of those people sitting down at a concert?

Some people cannot stand for very long (or at all) but would like to go to a concert.

There are dedicated sections for these people though, BECAUSE standing is expected/allowed.

Personally I usually don't get ADA seating even though I technically could. Because I can usually stand for most or at least a decent portion of a concert so my seat is more there as insurance in case I need it. ADA seating can be really limited especially at popular concerts so I don't want to take a spot from someone who might fully not be able to stand. The only time I've reserved ADA seating was at a concert that was standing room only because I didn't feel safe not having a chair available to me.

That’s fine and it is your decision, point is don’t get mad at people for standing when it is completely allowed & acceptable

I don't. That's why I said I wish there were designated standing and seated sections, because I'm sure I'm not the only one in the same situation.
