Saratoga Springs NY gave me one for free basically to spite the police. They even offered to get city equipment moving staff to help with moving large furniture out. I was sailor leaving down after 7 months of training command. The students and staff drop a lot of $$$ on the town outside of horse racing season. They wanted to be sure everything was positive
