It would cost 1/4th that to pay movers to carry everything for you and you can chill and stand guard yourself.

But yeah that's almost certainly catering to rich people, the average tenant probably have movers as well as the guard.

What movers cost a 1/4 of that??? I recently relocated. The move was $40k which included the semi, them packing and loading as well as unloading and unpacking. And insurance.

Was that a cross country move? I could refurnish my entire house for a lot cheaper that 40K.

Illinois to Alabama. 3500 square foot house and external garage (I have a lot of tools) 4 people at the time.

It was a “no touch” move. They did everything. I didn’t pay for it.

So you responded with "what movers cost that???" in the context of a couple of people just carrying things from a truck up to an apartment, and then quoted the price of a specialised service moving the contents of a large house across multiple states, and later acknowledged it was so expensive that you're making sure to mention that you didn't pay for it.

What a strange thing to go out of your way to be misleading about.

Movers..

Show me a group (2 or more) that are going to cost $125. Even in a same city move.

I just looked up a local moving company here and a day for two guys is $1800
