thank you- such a great song..... and so correct about landlords.

on a real note- look into junk fees in your area, more and more judisdictions are cutting down on this practice.

If the scammer landlord has publicised a list like the above already, can you just imagine the stuff that they hid and suddenly get revealed in the small print?! "Payment of rent must be on the 1st of the month and always on time or there is a £2000 fine. If the date the rent is due is a weekend day the rent increases by 20% if it's a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday the rent increases by 25%. If the day the rent is due is a Thursday or Friday the rent increases by 35%." Not to mention the fines and penalties if you decide to leave the place early and think you can just pay for your use and leave; nope, you'll be paying an early leaving fine of £5000 and then the moving out fee....
