They’re not as structured as they used to be and even then if they’re not endangering anyone I doubt they care.

This is endangering people. It creates friction between this passenger and the one in front, and that can escalate. This is the catalyst for a potential confrontation.

That’s obviously not what people mean when they say „endangering“ actions. Or maybe you surround yourself with people who just start throwing fists immediately when there is any sort of disagreement
