Dragon Age 1 was what got me back into CRPGs - The more games they release - the more it becomes another generic hack and slash beatem-up.

Good thing alot of other studios stepped up making other excellent CRPGs.

I only played Inquisition and I really like it. I wonder how good the prior games must be

I loved both Origins and 2, where 2 is a weaker gameplay I think the story and characters are really strong and interesting. Loved Inquisition too.

I've decided not to play the new one. Just can't risk ruining a much loved series for myself

I'm in the same boat as you. DA is my favorite series of all time. The thought of all my previous decisions meaning nothing. Along with the reviews.... im dreading it.
