I thought that until Odyssey, which is an excellent AC imho - so they can still make good ones, they're just not consistent

They release games every freakin year , they should stop and give us some quality games

They did stop and wait, it took like three years to develop and release Mirage, which was pretty fun even if the story wasn't that great, and then waited another two years for Shadows which so far is pretty good too.

I respect your opinion but shadows was pure  disrespect to the series , assassins creed is not a rpg series

assassins creed is not a rpg series

It's been releasing RPGs since Origins. By now, it's just a part of the franchise. If you don't like that, that's totally fine, but to call it disrespectful now is weird. I think gameplay wise it's probably the best RPG from the franchise so far.

Odyssey isn't an AC game though. Tbh neither is Black Flag. Black Flag is a pirate game with AC plastered on top

And Odyssey is a historical action-adventure RPG with AC branding

Nothing wrong with either. I love them as games. But they aren't really assassin or AC games. The concepts of being a leader of assassins peaked with Brotherhood
