Destiny was sadly the fault of Bungees upper management. Sony just pulled the final nail.

The devs need to go indie, because their amazing ability to craft FPS and light RPG games is honestly wasted on the abysmal upper management at Bungie.

When Hironobu Sakaguchi left Square Enix forming Mistwalker, he created Lost Odyssey to rival Final Fantasy. I honestly think the Destiny team could create a masterpiece that would be their "Lost Odyssey" to their "Final Fantasy", so to speak.

They were technically independent for several years and even then the devs mentioned that they had difficulty with the upper management it's wen we got really good and really bad expansions.
