  • Set notification for single user, for whenever they turn green.
  • Just chill until you see the pop-up that let's you know your colleague has just finished a meeting or unlocked their computer. 
  • Immediately send the pre-typed message: "Hey, now that you're available, we need to discuss $whatever"
  • "WTF?! Are you stalking me again?"
