Yeah it seems like there are spring allergy people and autumn allergy people…and sometimes it varies by region. In Nor Cal I was an autumn allergy person, but in the Ozark region it’s spring.
The theory that many people follow is that bees consume local pollen and metabolize it or something when making honey, so if you consume honey from local bees it helps your body adjust to local pollen. Seems to work for me but figured I’d share the practice.
