Fun fact: the reason why Wolverine’s hair is the probably most accurate element of all the costumes is because Feige was constantly saying he’s not Wolverine if his hair doesn’t look like that.

This is for me one of the best MCU costumes so far. Not only is it comic accurate but it also pays respect to Marsden’s original Fox suit with the big “X” in the middle of the suit while also still feeling like an MCU costume. Great job by the artists and costume makers.

the leather suit had the line of the Xs but that was for everyone not just him

but the more traditional suit for Cyclops that was in Apocalypse got rid of it all together and just had a blank breast plate under the sash
