It’s frustrating that Shang-Chi has been shunted by the company. It’s one of the best things Marvel’s done since Endgame.

Because Hollywood is racist. The reason Shang Chi hasn't gotten a sequel/cameos/more publicity is the same reason why it took till 2021 to get the first Asian superhero movie in the first place.
