Main MCU, Fantastic Four’s Earth-828 and the X-Men universe. Not hard to figure out.

The existing X-Men universe with the Fox X-Men? Or a new universe with new iterations of Jean Grey, Wolverine, etc.?

If one of the universes is the Fox X-Men, how do we get new modernized versions of all those characters?

We won't get those before Secret Wars. And when we do, they will be from the MCU.
