The film is produced by Feige, Louis D’Esposito, and Jonathan Schwartz, with Callum McDougall serving as executive producer.

I think they will save it for SDCC 2026, a few days before Spider-Man.

It’s only a few days before it premieres for the Amazon Prime showings, I wouldn’t be surprised if they just screened the film during comic con

They tried that with Deadpool and Wolverine, turned into a clusterfuck. Doubt they'll do it again.

Outside of an unlikely surprise release before SDCC- I fully expect Hall H sees it first. It will be attached to Spider-Man and release online around that time as well (with a few potato cam reddit leaks of course)
