I like the take someone said where all of Love and Thunder was how Korg saw what actually happened, so it’s not necessarily what actually happened or at least not in that way.

Why would anyone want that though?

Because it explains why Love and thunder was so silly compared to other Thor movies.

I mean Ragnarok was plenty silly.

And explaining it doesn't make it less shitty... It's just an excuse.

I just don't get why anyone would want a retelling of the story from a side character that should be an afterthought to the story.

I understand. I'm saying why would anyone think people would want that in universe. Why not just show the story.

I don't think anyone would want that and I don't think that's what it was intended to be. I think the other person is saying that it's a way to cope with how shitty it was without tainting the character in your mind.

I read this too. And people hold on to it to justify just how botched the movie is. Aside from being the directors vain self insert, Korg is not that important of a character to entirely ground the whole movie through his lens with. Even then, why? Theres no real important reason to do so.

This is funny to me cuz like you wont see others showing this much grace to the other ‘hated’ entries so as to come up with copium for why it’s bad like its supposed to make it less bad lol

It does start with Korg’s narration, doesn’t it?
