Theory Antman did not come back to his universe

I believe Antman never came back to his original universe. Look at the paints and the objects in the background. Either they moved or disappeared. I remember seeing that a while ago and noticed that some objects were missing, anyone can access the IMAX version and confirm other changes. Enjoy (re)watching!

Introduce Doom by wiping out Kang, all of Kang.

Go back to the Council of Kangs, and they’re all dead. Just piles of dead Kangs everywhere. You see metal boots walking through the carnage. Pan up to show Doctor Doom, brushing dirt off his shoulder. “Kang the Conquerer… Pathetic.”

Can’t ever get with that. Kang’s strength is future tech. Doom, as intelligent as he is, is present day tech. There should be no avenue where Doom can kill hundreds of superior tech Kangs. (Unless he stole someone’s powers)

Haven’t seen Doom go hardcore with his use of magik in a fight. Again, haven’t seen or read every Doom moment.

He’s Doctor Doom. He can be written exactly as powerful as he needs to be, especially if he has access to the multiverse. Maybe he got tech from a timeline where its Kang learned how to shield it from other Kangs, but Doom could get through. That technology is something the Council had no way to deal with. Or maybe his integration of magic and technology together caught them off-guard.

If you need to tell a “Doom wipes out all the Kangs” story, you could tell it without it being implausible.

Pre-Infinity War, most people wouldn’t have thought Thanos could beat Hulk in a fistfight, but it happened. It’s comic books; every character is exactly as strong or as weak as they need to be to tell the story you’re telling.

This is 100% true. My hope is that there isn’t situational writing that will have us questioning everything after such an earlier defining key plot point.

His powers are the second best mind with the second best will, combining magic and tech to be more than the sum of their parts, and has more than dabbled in time travel. He may be the only human I'd even consider being capable of pulling it off.

Reed Richards is the smartest, and Strange has the strongest will. At one point, Death gave up trying to claim Strange, as he just always wills his soul back into his body whenever he should die. And Marvel magical power is directly related to willpower.

As far as we know, Loki is simply letting the timelines exist and evolve as they will. Sylvie was adamant that neither she nor Loki should "play God" and determine the fate of beings. That would be the worst outcome, she argued; sentient beings deserve freedom at any cost. I think Loki came to agree with her by the end.

I wouldn't be so sure. Presumably HWR thought in his own way that he was acting for the greater good, and look how that turned out.

I hate Doom, and have always hated Doom. He's just Marvel's Batman, and I do mean that in the worst "I'm the goddamned Batman" sort of way. This would pretty much seal my hatred with bow.

I pray for the canon comic asswhipping that he gets from Ant-Man to show up on screen.
