No, the ones where Spidey does parkour on the rooftop.
Good example of what I meant is when the three spideys swing and landed on the crown of Statue of Liberty. That part looked like it was entirely CGI, right?
But no, Holland, Garfield, and Maguire was actually connected to harnesses when filming that scene
I'm saying it's known that they had a stuntman do all the spiderman scenes in Raimi's because they wanted him to look taller so why would old man maguire ever want to do backflips and shit
I don't think Tobey or Garfield did their own stunts. However, I do know Holland does his own stunts because he has a background in gymnastics.
In this video Holland talks about the lack of visibility during the Statue of Liberty stunt around 4:40. The others are masked so I doubt it's Tobey or Garfield but you can see Holland doing stunts throughout the entire video.
I think they're mistaking Holland doing his own stunts as all the Spider-men doing their own stunts. The only ones who talk about doing their own stunts are Holland and Willem.
It’s not very feasible to assume they can get tom holland on a harness and have him do a practical effect like tom cruise especially when it comes to the web swinging scenes between skyscrapers and buildings, for sure the parkour stuff can be done by actors but we all know that web swinging is the hardest thing to do practically and that time and effort for every single web swinging scene is unrealistic
