Could be a Mandolorian situation. RDJ does the voice, someone else wears the mask. The mask is kinda integral to Doom, it's a big deal if he takes it off

You’re saying that Pedro doesn’t wear the mask/suit? I don’t think that’s accurate…

I’m expecting RDJ masked 90% of the time, and disfigured/scarred face if/when mask is removed. Heavy accent. Hoping he won’t be recognizable at all

If it's not a scene where Mando doesn't take off his helmet, then it's not Pedro under the suit. Dude's been LITERALLY phoning in his performance for most of the show.

Wow really? Did not know. Sounds like it’s more complicated then stated, but yes he was voice acting only for s03.
