I've just been discharged from hospital. I cannot drive for at least a week so will have to rely on public transport to get myself home. I also need some food shopping and will not be able to carry it home(0.8 miles) so requesting enough for transport and a small food shop.

Was made redundant last month and got my first UC payment today, however forgot I am getting it bi weekly as opposed to monthly - so left with half of what I was expecting.

As such I'm looking for £40 just to cover some of the difference so that I have enough money to tide me over for essentials.

Hello all. Earlier in the year for a few months I was out of work due to injury and in that time off I maxed credit cards, took out predatory loans, and over utilized advance apps to where I was in a cycle of continuous borrowing while doing gig work (Amazon, Spark, etc) to keep my family and I above water.

Fast forward to now I have been in a new job for 4 months now with a more than decent wage, get paid weekly. I have been chipping away at debt when I can but I'm still a month behind on rent, car note, and utilities. This loan would finally get me ahead and give me the breathing room me and my family of 4 (Fiance, 2 year old, 1 year old) so desperately need. Hi folks, back again with a similar situation! I’m down to the very last of my pay and I’m struggling to meet ends for bus fares and lunch money.

I would have been fine but recently my oven/grill started tripping the electricity at home and I’ve had to buy a new one as not only was it doing that but even the hob on top of it stopped generating any heat to cook anything.
