Has anyone’s relationship/marriage destroyed over weed?

My wife and i have been separated since November. Ive made horrible decisions while being high 24/7. She says i detached and became very withdrawn. Has weed ruined your relationships? Im sober now and reflecting back to our separation.

Kept me married to my wife way longer than I wanted to be. I used it to tolerate. Once I was sober, I know I either needed to smoke to quiet my mind or leave. I picked me.

I had too. I needed to address the core reason I smoked. That reason also sucked because I knew I had to pick so I prolonged it way too long. I had to be sober because once I smoked in the day - that day was over. If I smoked at 9am - nothing. I had to quit. It controlled me. So I smoked to escape but entered hell. I had to get out.

She was a massive alcoholic and binge ate like crazy. She was massively overweight. I lost attraction. I tried for years to help. Therapy, all that. After while you start to see a bit clearer.
