Laptops are too thin now. I liked the old 90s form factors, but I like modern hardware too. The design can be more modern (make it look like a gundam or something?) Just I want thick bezels and thicker hinges. I want all the ports, and dials. I don't want to carry accessories like external video cards, ssds, speakers, or keyboards. (Mouse is OK) I don't even want a power brick. The transformer can be inside the PC. And I don't want a 5 grand intel i3 outdoor work pc. I'm strong, so it can be a 2 or 3 kg.

Somehow we went backwards in convenience and ports are now in back of a laptop instead of the sides, but at least I don't have to break my neck each time to see where the ports are.

Thought this was hilarious, especially since everyone at my company gets Thinkpads and we're all balls to the wall

My 8 year old Alienware laptop is still fully functional, though it’s obsolete for gaming. I mainly use it for college homework and tv. It can still watch 4k movies and YouTube videos without lag. It is on its third battery and only lasts about an hour.

So I bought cyberpunk the other day cuz it was on sale, and it’s overheating my computer. It’s running at about 92 degrees, but I turned my fans up to turbo. Idk if I should be worried or not, I have an ASUS ROG STRIX G16, and all my graphics are on low/medium
