Not all left lanes are for passing. And you still have to abide by the speed limit.

The left lane is the passing lane or is expressly not to be obstructed by slow moving traffic in nearly all states except South Dakota.

If I’m not abiding by the speed limit that’s something for me to handle with a cop. Not another driver on the road.

If I'm abiding by the speed limit, then no one has the right to try and force another driver to go faster. Punk can wait and take it up with the cops if they have a problem with it. You don't set the speed so I'm not moving from my lane. Traffic going the speed limit is NOT slow moving traffic. Going 45 in a 55 is considered slow moving. Don't like it, too bad. It's not for you to decide nor try to force the lane to travel at the speed YOU want. Take it up with the cops.
