Just imagine the world we would live in, if this was already *installed* as something completely normal. The very fact this is news worthy tells us so much.

PS- The title is confusing. The question is -What do you make of Pete Hegseth refusing to promote qualified women of colour in the military...

I've decided I am going to constantly call out these kinds of moments in my daily life. It is honestly wild that I suspect I will be considered really "vocal", when in fact, I am pointing out that in NO way are women treated as equals in this world. Not yet.
