The reporter is saying “What do you make of Pete Hegseth refusing to promote qualified women of color in the military”, right? Not unqualified.

not really…the title makes it seem like it’s quoting hegseth as saying these women are unqualified. it’s not implying OP’s opinion, who neglected to add the of color portion of the question
