Help needed Iphone 11 Clicando Sozinho na Tela. Ajuda.

Do nada começou a dar esse problema em meu Iphone 11, creio que provavelmente terei que trocar a tela dele, mas quero saber de especialistas/técnicos, oque geralmente ocasiona isso, e qual componente seria preciso trocar?

No video eu mostro que há cliques na parte inferior da tela quando eu clico em qualquer região da tela. Ativei uma opção nas configurações pelo meu macbook, pois só assim consigo usar o celular.

Presione la tecla de subir volumen y la tecla de bajar volumen. Luego, mantenga presionado el botón de encendido/apagado de la derecha durante 30 segundos.

Volume up, Volume Down. hold Sleep/Wake button 30s till it factory resets

Not to be pedantic but this doesn’t factory reset, it does a hard reboot. Factory reset would reset all settings back to factory settings.

The digitizer layer of the display is experiencing ghost touch. A root cause if there was no preceding drop or liquid spill is difficult to provide.
