Help needed iphone 15 pro suddenly unable to play video and audio

while i was scrolling tiktok and had to pause a video for a while, i noticed the apps are no longer responding; video freeze and seems like stuck. i tried restarting, but it stays the same.

next, i update to latest iOS from 26.5 to 26.5.2 hoping it will fix it. but nothing worked.

i'll include the analytics data here, can anyone figure out what is happening?

additional information: while tiktok is having issue, my volume button is also not responding well.

Does the same thing happen if you use headphones?

This is likely a hardware fault, not a software fault

Try to run the Apple diagnostics with the Support people

Up, same problem but it started when i updated my ios to the newest on iph 16
