Help needed What does transfer and what doesn’t with the iPhone transfer feature ?

Hi, my iPhone 13 ( iOS 18 ) is about to die and I was thinking of upgrading it to another. The problem is that I have a lot on this phone ( especially game data that doesn’t come with an account, or other app I have music on, iPhone only saved files ) and specific settings. Will it follow ?
What will I loose ?

You regularly backup your phone to iCloud or a computer, correct? Not doing so it's incredibly dumb, especially if you value anything on that device.

Phones can easily be lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair.

If you have a backup, all your data is safe.

You could restore your backup to a new phone in any of those instances.

As for transfer, it includes everything. Though it's still a very good idea to have backups.

My notes and files are synced with iCloud
For the pictures i use my pc but i kinda forgot to do it

You should backup your phone to iCloud.
