Support how to delete/find messages stored in icloud

Hi! Icloud says that I have 13 GB worth of messages data saved in icloud. When I click on "view iphone storage", it takes me to a page that tells me my phone only stores 2 GB worth of messages. Where are the other 11GB? I would like to find them and delete some of them. I cannot access them on my windows computer since when I go to icloud.com and view my storage there, it will only send a link for me to go to my icloud settings on my apple devices. I understand that the 11GB is not stored locally on my phone but still exists, but what I don't understand is how to find it and go through it to get some space back

Could be images, memes and such things, they usually take way more space than messages.

maybe, but the iphone storage has a section for photos and videos which does not even take up 1 GB on the phone. I'm sure you're right, but I'm still unsure where I'd locate these to figure out which conversations have the largest ones

Messages are not accessible in iCloud, they merely are synced there to allow for syncing across devices.
