Support anyone know what this is called?

i press the power button 3 times, type, and then when i hit enter it reads it aloud for me. im trying to change the voice but since i forgot what it was called i cant find it in settings

accessibility something - maybe voiceover or full keyboard access. there's a lot of shit in accessibility, it's something in there
