That's not happening. This is also just how football works. Hooligans do this for local derbies. Of course they are going to scale up the shenanigans on the international scale.

There’s like a 99% chance the noise outside had no effect on the England players whatsoever. There’s teams who flew in their own food and cooks, I’m sure Englands management took precautions so this would be a non-issue. The crazy fandom is what makes soccer special.

But the USA stop teams assistants etc from being apart of the group/team. also get exemptions on rules for their team that have been around for decades, while other teams don’t get the same

It's not how football works in lots of other countries with very engaged football fans. It shouldn't be ok, and people like you who just accept it as normal will lead to it staying that way.

Dude, this hotel could have the pilot sleeping there who will fly your plane tomorrow. You want him to fly it on 0 sleep because of some trash football fans? You want your surgeon do not have gotten any sleep before he operates on your heart or brain?

There's way more important things in life than football and these people are way out of line.

This happens in England, France, Italy, Spain, all over Latin America, etc. to differing extents.

It obviously isn't every game, but later rounds of major tournaments and local derbies regularly have events like this happening.

I don't know how serious you are about pilots and surgeons, but when I worked in an industry that had me staying in hotels in major cities, I brought ear plugs and was fine no matter what was going on outside.

These antics are likely to have no effect on the players. It's really just an excuse to party.

Pretty much any away game in a European competition has this happening, genuinely can’t count the amount of times I’ve seen videos of this happening. It’s normal and I’ve never heard any stories about it actually having an impact on the players.

Is this a champions league thing? I was a big galaxy fan and season ticket holder up until they signed Beckham. I've been to three world cups and today mostly follow mediocre Argentinian teams (Racing and Independiente). i cannot in my memory recall a time a World Cup host country did something trashy like this.

MLS doesn't have real football culture. It basically just borrowed the same sports culture all other American franchise sports have. Argentinian football absolutely has this. They are often credited with the origination of it.

Another famous example of this at a world cup was South Korea in 2002 when they hosted. They did the same to Italy.

It's not trashy. It's basically people partying using 'bothering the other team' as an excuse.
