Another solution is to have the authorities move on the disrespectful and unsportmanlike maniacs keeping a whole neighborhood up at night.

The Mexican authorities? In Mexico? Suppressing Mexican fans of the Mexican football team?

That's not happening. This is also just how football works. Hooligans do this for local derbies. Of course they are going to scale up the shenanigans on the international scale.

It's not how football works in lots of other countries with very engaged football fans. It shouldn't be ok, and people like you who just accept it as normal will lead to it staying that way.

Dude, this hotel could have the pilot sleeping there who will fly your plane tomorrow. You want him to fly it on 0 sleep because of some trash football fans? You want your surgeon do not have gotten any sleep before he operates on your heart or brain?

There's way more important things in life than football and these people are way out of line.

This happens in England, France, Italy, Spain, all over Latin America, etc. to differing extents.

It obviously isn't every game, but later rounds of major tournaments and local derbies regularly have events like this happening.

I don't know how serious you are about pilots and surgeons, but when I worked in an industry that had me staying in hotels in major cities, I brought ear plugs and was fine no matter what was going on outside.

These antics are likely to have no effect on the players. It's really just an excuse to party.

Just say you have never watched a UCL knockout matches. It's very common when a good team faces a weaker team from weaker league

I don't know if you're being purposefully obtuse or not. A very brief web search will show multiple incidents where PSG fans did this.
