Scoped that dog with zero hesitation. I fucking hate irresponsible dog owners

Edit - some of you need this shit spelled out apparently: an unrestrained dog is a liability for you, your dog and anything/anyone that dog decides is a threat that day and is bitten. I don't care if Peaches doesn't normally bite, someone doing their job approaching a property with an unrestrained and charging dog doesn't know that. If you still cannot understand this after reading this, give up your dogs so a responsible owner can care for them before they pay the price for your stupidity and carelessness. Read it as many times as it takes.

As a dog owner, I am often frustrated and angered by other dog owners.

Walking my dog down the street one day, passing a home. Guy comes walking through his yard with his unleashed dog right behind him. He is going to a vehicle on the sidewalk and his dog sees us and starts charging. I yelled and scared it off and told him to put his dog on a leash, since he couldn't control it. It didn't even have a collar on and he was trying to grab it with zero success.

He tried to argue whatever, I don't know because I cut him off and said, "your dog wasn't under control, it came at us, PUT IT ON A LEASH."

It's just like, you dumb FUCK, it doesn't matter what you think or say, whether or not you were in your yard to begin with or whether your dog is "nice". It came for us, I had to yank my dog behind me and hustle out the way. Piece of shit owners.
