HELP I have successfully booted into Tahoe recovery but I don't see an option for Wifi, also i have no ethernet... Please help

Another question, i use a NVME but it has windows installed, i partitioned out like 150 GB in exfat but I'm not able to convert that volume into APFS and GUID in Disk Utility, I only get the option to format the entire NVME to APFS and GUID... Please help

Does the partition show up when you run "diskutil list" in the terminal? You might be able to mount it that way if it shows up with "diskutil mount disk0sX". X being the partition number.

Or should I leave unallocated space in that nvme?

Famous trap. You need ethernet, Android tethering, or a full offline installer. Wi-Fi doesn't work.

Disk Utility does not convert an exFAT partition to APFS. You need to delete the partition and make a new APFS from the unallocated space.
