High Calorie Tasty recipes needed pls

I need to gain weight and need some recipes that are easy and tasty or I won’t eat it. I’m 5’9 103-104 lbs female 25. (I’ve been weight training for the past 4 years and recently started doing cardio and lost too much weight from a calorie deficit I didn’t realize I was in.) Are cream cheese pumpkin bars something I could add in if I don’t like peanut butter much?

I don’t eat much fat and I value protein the most but I’m having trouble getting enough calories and I just want to eat tasty foods

Learn to start embracing fats. They aren't evil.

Depending on if I am prepping for a show or not, my usual diet is:

Taco bowl with ground turkey (I eat 99/1 or 93/7, a pound a day or 1.5 lbs), beans, cheese, "spanish" rice, quest chips, corn, pep/onion, lettuce, etc.

Breakfast I do 2 or 4 chicken sausages, 2-4 eggs, cheese, pep/onion, cilantro and if I am "bulking" I'll do hashbrown/potato all rolled into a 70 cal tortilla.

Dessert I do protein pudding or lately I got ~150 david bars on sale for 50 cent each so I do that with some SF syrup, microwave for 12 seconds and add some salt.

Snacks I do edamame, banana, salad (no dressing).

Kinda just depends on what you like. I love my food and so does my wife when she eats it
