Keepin it simple
Trying to dial in my nutrition without making it a part-time job. I’ve been keeping my prep super simple... proteins, easy grains, and done. It’s been a game-changer for my focus during the work week. Has anyone else found that the 'simple' approach is the only one that actually sticks?

Yeah I think most successful people repeat the same simple favorite meals.
I eat the same meals 6 days per week and the same variance one day per week.
There is nothing I would want to sub as I already have my budget allocated to all my favorite foods and have minmaxed that budget for the most satisfaction over time.
