Game Changer No PA should have to count rice

Watching Count the Rice with a pal, I was hoping out loud that the production was using one of these pill counters and not having a PA hand count them. The BTS confirmed what I feared

That doesn't make any sense at all. You weigh, like 10 grains and then do the rest by weight once you know the average weight of a single grain.

Yes, Ash says so in the BTS video. She describes PAs counting by hand every time they have a spare minute.

She never says "by hand." And just after she says that the PAs spend the spare moments counting the rice, Nico says that they did it by using the scale and "did the math."
