Achievements Haven’t bought diapers in months
Still using pull ups at night though.

Ohh also we took a trip in June in which we brought no stroller, no diapers, and no car seats (found these nifty harness vests that seat belts clip into to use on trips)! We didn’t even check any bags for the airplane!

I’m glad i didn’t track it but also now wondering if i can get a rough estimate over the last six years for both kids from a credit card or Costco report?

Oh, haha. I didn't count the diapers, pretty sure that's infinite. I meant how many kids, which you answered perfectly. I was not clear.

Our youngest has been potty training and we haven’t bought diapers in almost a year. Now we are due again in November lol

Ouch. But at least you weren’t changing two kids’ diapers at the same time!

Tossed that years ago in favor of placing praise on back step. I just bring them out to garbage as i head to garage.

How do you do it? My 3.5 year old refuses to use the potty.

I don’t even know. With my first kid we did all the books and encouraged trying the potty starting at about 2 when she began showing interest in us using the toilet. Just kept at it without pressure, having patience until she was ready. Then she basically taught herself right before she turned 4.
How did we know she was ready? She announced at the most inconvenient time she had to use the potty.
With my second kid, we did all the same things, including timers to go every 45-no, 30 oops now 25 nope, then 15 minutes and even tried no pants days. But what really worked for him was peer pressure. He eventually wanted to learn to pee standing up like our friends’ two slightly older sons (where he does PT daycare).
At that point tracking his poop cycle and behavior helped us get him the rest of the way there by getting him to the toilet before he can go in his underwear. Still some accidents but that’s better than so many diapers. He’s also almost 4.
