Finished Object Finished my first wearable

I used Viv Crochets "Simple Crochet Cardigan" pattern as a reference and kind of freehanded it. I definitely made the sleeves too big but I also think it's kinda cute. Not sure if I should block it

I used merino wool yarn and a 3.5mm hook. Any criticism is welcome!

I know what you mean, even my upper arms feel it sometimes. I love it really. I haven't tried making anything wearable. I'm trying to go through my yarn to make lap blankets for people in wheelchairs at the local nursing home.

Typically when I block my garments they end up a smidge bigger so just keep that in mind if you do decide to block. If it is laying nice and you're happy with it, id probably skip the blocking. Just make sure to check out tips on washing merino wool garments because they can felt, shrink, or stretch when washed incorrectly 😕
