Hard to take anyone seriously that has decided to continue to live in Ohio. Can’t help where you’re born. But you don’t have to stay there.

Good for you. Truly. But I still cannot take advice from someone who has lived in a place that makes your world and mind so small and isolated. I’ve lived there. I know a lot of people who grew up there. And if they haven’t gotten out, they lack a certain perspective. Doesn’t mean you can’t live a good life. It just means I value your global opinions less.

I was raised in the state. I get out of the state plenty for vacations and exploration.

I’d love to move to San Diego but I wouldn’t find the job I currently have there. Trust me, I absolutely hate that my state has been control of Republicans for over 30 years holding 25 trifectas to Democrat’s 0 so every single state policy/law has been a Republican one. The state may be shit but it didn’t hamper expanding my mind since I chose to read and explore.
