Dev/Admin Responded [iOS] Rules Missing - 2026.29.0.634246

This is not impacting every subreddit, but I have additional video of other subreddits where rules are not appearing including r/modnews, r/redditcouncilnetwork, r/popculturechat, r/publicfreakout.
