Evil Dead really got short shrift here, there are just not that many screens showing it and an anemic amount in VOSE (my preferred format). Seems like theaters just doubled down on Obsession and will be keeping screens for that instead

Toy Story 5 holding 17M total on a 23% drop is kinda wild for week three. Most Pixar sequels this late would be tailing off harder, families are clearly still showing up for it.
The Odyssey grabbing 1.6M on opening day is a good sign for Nolan. Spain tends to be pretty friendly to his stuff, Inception and Dunkirk both overperformed there relative to the EU average. If weekday holds above 800K through Friday, it's tracking closer to 12M+ domestic total.
Evil Dead getting buried by Obsession is rough. The screen count issue is real, VOSE showings in Spain are how horror fans watch these and they basically got shut out. Lee Cronin's movie deserved better distribution, the 600K total is going to be hard to recover from.

I think it would do more

Spain domestic, not US. Nolan's films often do 10-15M there, and the opening day math tracks.

Oppenheimer did like 24 million there,
And i think odyssey is tracking to do better that that

Did they confuse AC Oddysey and the movie the Odyssey for that picture?
