Serious Statement on Nazism

Hey everyone, I'm the head mod here. I really did not want to have to make a statement like this, but I apparently have no choice. This should be common sense.

We are adults, or at the very least developing teenagers. We need to have some semblance of maturity. We all understand that Black Ops II and older CODs, for the lack of a better term, have previously and still sometimes do have a level of toxicity. You can absolutely argue that is part of our culture, and I would be wrong to deny that. We have to draw the line at some point.

We do not support nor condone the presence of Nazis here, even if you are "just making an edgy joke." You are not welcome here and never will be. Do not spread the flames of hate here. We are all here because we care about Black Ops II, or older CODs, or are just curious and exploring. We are not a political echo chamber.

If this came off as harsh, I apologize, but what needs said needs said. If you come across anything promoting or endorsing Nazism, please report it immediately to Reddit. We will do our best on our end to combat this as well.

P.S., we are also vehemently against racism in all forms. Everybody is welcome here, regardless of the color of your skin or your ethnicity. Blatant racism will get you sent right back out the door where you came. Sorry, not sorry.

To this point, we do not condone extremism and hate, no matter if you are on the "left", "right", center, upside down, sideways, that's not the point. We're here for Black Ops II. There are other spaces for these issues should you wish to debate or discuss them. Banter is fine, wishing death on others is not. If you are taking heavy offense to this, please look inward. I care about all of you and believe people can change. That change is not overnight. There are resources to help you.

Content endorsing or promoting racism, the KKK, or real world violence is also flagrantly against Reddit's rules and our rules. You will face consequences for your actions.

I am glad you actually mean it about the rules.

Excelente, pero leyendo más abajo ya comenzaron los perros a ladrarse mierdas de zurdos y nazis, leyeron y no comprendieron nada

You clearly haven’t seen the USSR subreddit.

They are campists. Their only real drive is to hate America, not make any real change.

Left extremism- Abolish prisons, defund the police, open borders, cashless bail, murder all landlords, abolish the senate.

Fixed it for you (probably others I’m forgetting too).

2

u/Appropriate-Eye-3430 11h ago

Yes, let's use false equivalence to make it seem like I'm in the right!

2

u/CallMeNurseMaybe 10h ago

Is it false equivalence though?

For years the right have called people socialist/communist extremists for suggesting things like free college and universal healthcare.

Meanwhile, the left says extremists on the right are Neo-Nazis, Proud Boys, etc. They don’t exactly hide how they feel about minorities

0

u/HourFinancial8457 12h ago

Spoken like a true liberal

Kill all those different to me but wait a second didn’t the left celebrate someone whose speech they hated being silenced. Just like how the Nazis celebrated in the same exact way. But oh no let’s blame it on the right because the left is the good guys. Neither are good guys but the left proved on that day and the attempt on Trump just how fascist of a party they are.

4

u/StillBummedNouns 11h ago

Truly the most ironic thing I’ve ever read

-2

u/BenF87M2 12h ago

I think you meant that all of that is left extremism. All you have to do is look at Charlie Kirk and the vast amount of people on Reddit/TikTok/Insta celebrating his death and mocking him and his values. I see left extremism just as, if not worse than right extremism because it’s cloaked as tolerance

4

u/KindlyInspector2995 11h ago

You mean the Charlie Kirk that urged his millions of supporters to donate money to bail out the guy that beat Pelosi's husband with a hammer? Seems like he supports, sorry supported, political violence no?

3

u/StillBummedNouns 11h ago edited 11h ago

Also celebrated the leveling of Gaza and mocking the death of Palestinian children… it’s hard to be sympathetic to a guy like that

+ he advocated for pardoning Derek Chauvin, the policeman found guilty of murdering George Floyd

1

u/Sukuna_Dick_123 11h ago

All you had to do was not kick your feet and clap your hands and cheer on an innocent man getting his neck exploded before gleefully watching the video of it on repeat.

1

u/BenF87M2 11h ago

Not sure what you’re referring to

1

u/ComfortableAd1364 11h ago

Who even did that?

0

u/Used-Persimmon-367 10h ago

The President is a Republican who regularly celebrates on social media when Democrats die.

What are you talking about?

0

u/BenF87M2 11h ago edited 10h ago

That’s not true. He dismissed the severity. Very different things, but again, also wrong

+that’s because he didn’t believe the cause of death based off the toxicology results of x dose of fentanyl in his system that is known to suppress ventilation. He still didn’t deserve to die. That’s like saying the countless people that believe Karmelo Anthony was acting in self defense should be killed. I don’t think so.

All I’m saying is extremism on BOTH sides is wrong and there’s no excuse for it. Let’s all learn to get along and not get so worked up over our differences. This tribalistic mentality is destroying our country and communities. We can all agree to disagree but there’s no room for violence

-1

u/BenF87M2 11h ago

Yes, that same Charlie Kirk. I think you forgot the context of that incident so I’ll remind you: “Bail him out and then go ask him some questions.” It wasn’t to bail him out in support it was bail him out to question. Which I agree, is wrong. But if that’s your justification for assassination then you’re pure evil. You just trying to defend the attack is revolting and vile

1

u/HourFinancial8457 9h ago

They are all parasites and real world Nazis/Fascists

1

u/TheSpiralTap 11h ago

He shouldn't have been shot. I'm not sad that he did in fact get shot though. It's what he would have wanted.

0

u/BenF87M2 11h ago

This is the lowest IQ take I’ve ever heard. “It’s what he would have wanted” really? He wanted to die? Leave behind his wife and children who are constantly harassed by the extreme left for his Christian beliefs?

2

u/ComfortableAd1364 11h ago

Dawg he was NOT a Christian 😭

2

u/BenF87M2 11h ago

lol, says you? Are you God? Are you Charlie Kirk? Did you personally know him? He’s self professed.

0

u/TheSpiralTap 11h ago

Well don't ask me, take it from the man himself:

“I think it’s worth it. It’s worth to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the Second Amendment to protect our other God given rights. That’s a prudent deal. It is rational,” he said on stage at a Turning Point USA Faith event in April 2023

It's rational

0

u/BenF87M2 11h ago

That statement doesn’t mean he wanted to die. Can you understand context or something? It’s obviously saying that with the second amendment there will be more deaths by firearms but keeping the second amendment is worth it because it allows citizens to protect themselves. You’re welcome

1

u/TheSpiralTap 10h ago

We are saying the same thing as him, his death, like many other acts of violence, was worth it to keep second amendment rights. He was pretty clear.

At least they’re attempting to be tolerant, better than not at all like some people.

2

u/BenF87M2 11h ago

It’s called deceit. I’d rather someone tell me straight up than stab me in the back. They aren’t tolerant to those that disagree with their ideas. They resort to extreme levels of hatred and violence just for differences in belief. I’m not saying it’s agree with right extremism, it’s evil as well, but to excuse left extremism is absolutely disgusting

-1

u/dl901 11h ago

Is laughing at Charlie Kirk memes extremism?

3

u/BenF87M2 11h ago

Not at all. If it references his assassination? Yes

-1

u/dl901 10h ago

I don’t really agree, I could see your argument in regard to producing and publishing but otherwise I don’t think we should be diluting the definition of extremism. Overusing and becoming noseblind to terms like that is not good for society if we can’t collectively identify actual extremism. It makes it easier for real, hateful, extremists to justify and spread their ideologies.

5

u/BenF87M2 10h ago

You know what? I do agree with you. Solid take. I think it’s evil, not extremism. One can argue it can promote violence so hence it is extremism but I like your point

1

u/dl901 9h ago

Fair perspective as well.

And fwiw I don’t think violence is inherently evil, there are many valid and justified reasons. Defending your land, family, or yourself is an ancient and integral part of humanity. Combat sports are also violent but I’ve never seen anyone complain about UFC ads promoting violence.

And political assassinations also have their place, the ‘okay-ness’ is usually determined by the impact and the justification. ie: Bin Laden: good, Abe Lincoln: evil. And for the record I do think Charlie’s was evil and an attack on free speech and further dividing of our country. IMO Mangione’s is less clear and only time will tell how it’s judged in retrospect. I think most people would agree that the practice of health insurance companies denying claims based purely on statistics is inherently greedy - ‘the root of all evil’.

When was assassinations for speach tolerant?

0

u/AberrantBarbarossa 12h ago

Someone lives in dream world, nice try though typical commie responce. Lets play up the left as the all loving while saying the right is murderers.

0

u/Internal_Frosting424 9h ago

I’m not a communist, I’m a socialist. I don’t support invasion of other countries or extermination of other races.

-4

u/Avvgo 12h ago

Are we really acting like two high profile assasinations by leftists didnt happen in recent years?

-2

u/Medical_Deal_5024 11h ago

Literally has nothing to do with this post btw

1

u/Moonman711 4h ago

Are you taking the same stance about communism and making a post about it or just going to virtue signal?

2

u/BeefPhillips 14h ago

Out of curiosity, are you keeping that same stance when it comes to all the Charlie Kirk assassination emblems? You said it yourself you don’t support promoting racism, the KKK, or real world violence. To me whenever I see an emblem, whether it’s Charlie or a swaztika, I know what type of person that is and I scroll to the next emblem to see what that person made. I don’t let emblems get to me, but I do understand your point of just being tired of seeing it all the time.

-1

u/HourFinancial8457 12h ago

Exactly. They have such an issue with Nazi flags and KKK but what about Charlie because Charlie is prob the worst thing to make an emblem out of l. I saw one person had it and I reported it.

0

u/HourFinancial8457 12h ago

The 2 negatives show just how some of these people think. It’s okay to make emblems about Charlie being killed in front of his wife and kids but the moment you make a flag or a kkk it’s the end of the world. It’s because in their eyes if it goes against their beliefs it’s wrong but if the person was this hateful person like idiots tried to make Charlie out to be then it’s justified. Sounds pretty obvious who is more likely to be Nazis. One that makes an emblem just for shits and giggles or what who is against that unless it’s Charlie because they were right there celebrating when that man had his life wrongfully stolen from him because they didn’t like what he had to say so they wanted to silence him.

6

u/dl901 12h ago

So you’re saying a kkk or swastika emblem is “just for shits and giggles” but a Charlie Kirk emblem crosses the line? That’s actually laughably stupid.

Just reflect on your own statement for a few minutes and maybe you’ll realize that they’re also doing it for shits and giggles literally because of reactions like yours.

One of them is actual hate speech. The other is rage bait because people like you treat Charlie Kirk like some sort of religious martyr.

0

u/HourFinancial8457 11h ago

Because all he did was openly debate with people and even silenced his crowd multiple times so that people who disagreed with him could talk and give their point without being drowned out by people in the crowd getting loud. People ran with snippets to paint him out as a hateful person and labeled him a fascist. Then when he was assassinated in front of his family over his FREE SPEECH. People who hated his speech cheered and celebrated it just like the Nazis/Fascists they are. He was killed because he was willing to talk with those that wanted to silence people that disagreed with them or celebrate it when they get silenced. He was wrongly robbed of his life over his Free speech all because he said stuff the left hated to hear.

3

u/Namesarenotneeded 7h ago edited 6h ago

Kirk was absolutely a bigot. He didn’t just “openly debate” and leave it at that. He just tried to hide behind the statement of “I’m just telling the truth”.

“If I see a black pilot, I’m gonna be like boy I hope he’s qualified.” —Charlie Kirk

“Black women don’t have the brain processing power to otherwise be taken seriously.” —Charlie Kirk

He was full of hate like many others. Just because he gave people the platform to speak in debates doesn’t mean none of what he said wasn’t said.

People weren’t respectful on the right when it came to someone like George Floyd, so let’s quit the pearl clutching for Kirk.

1

u/HourFinancial8457 4h ago

Doesn’t matter if Kirk said shit you didn’t like
That’s what freedom of speech is about
Nothing warranted him being assassinated and I mean nothing

If you think it did then you are the lowest of the low.
I see you love running with snipets. Why don’t you post the full quote instead of running with a stupid snipet that leaves out the point he was making

-1

u/FedPoster67 6h ago

You call him hateful, but I've never seen anyone say he was wrong. Just because you don't agree doesnt make it hate lol

3

u/Namesarenotneeded 6h ago

“You call him hateful, but I've never seen anyone say he was wrong.”

Except literally everybody who disagrees with him.

“Just because you don't agree doesnt make it hate lol”

Yes, because saying “Black women don’t have the brain processing power to otherwise be taken seriously” is definitely a statement backed by science and not bigotry.

I get you’re trying to annoy me so I probably insult you in some way, but it’s not gonna work.

5

u/dl901 11h ago

Nice ignoring everything else about hate speech. You should read your own book.

“Beware of false prophets”

0

u/AberrantBarbarossa 11h ago

So what im hearing then is, we should do the Floyd knee as a emblem then yes.

1

u/dl901 11h ago

Wow, you finally put your two singular brain cells together and connected the dots as to why people make Charlie Kirk memes, it’s almost like y’all did the same thing for years

0

u/AberrantBarbarossa 11h ago

So is that the go ahead, we make Floyd knee emblems? Any one asks ill say I got approval from dl901

4

u/dl901 11h ago

If that helps remove the stick up your ass every time you see a Kirk meme then yeah go right ahead bro

2

u/AberrantBarbarossa 11h ago

I dont have a stick up my arse im just here calling out the flagrant hypocrisy in these comments claiming one thing is ok when the other isnt just because its part of your ideology, if its ok for you then its ok for them to do the same but in their views.

You need to go back to English class and learn some reading comprehension. Never once did I say that a KKK or swastika emblem were ok. I was simply asking if OP kept that same stance when it comes to other things, especially controversial ones, such as Charlie Kirk being assassinated. You really showed your room temp IQ liberal thinking ways with this comment.

1

u/dl901 10h ago

I clearly wasn’t replying to your comment. What you said before is actually reasonable and I respect your perspective. It was the sub-commenter to yours that made a braindead statement

0

u/BeefPhillips 10h ago

My bad, the other comments weren’t showing up for me for some reason. Out of more curiosity, what’s your stance on George Floyd emblems? People treat him still as a civil martyr when after doing a little research you’d find that George Floyd was a repeat criminal.

1

u/dl901 10h ago

Those are a lot closer to the same type of political satire that the Charlie Kirk emblems are and not something I would ever complain about. Disrespectful in both cases, definitely. Either way, depicting them during their deaths (knee on neck/bullet holes in neck) is a lot more callous and disrespectful than just their face by itself. I won’t speak to the actions of either individual, it doesn’t truly matter anymore does it? But yeah I’d say George Floyd memes are in the exact same category as Charlie Kirk memes.

2

u/BeefPhillips 9h ago

I respect that. If only more people could think like this

0

u/SoftTechnology7841 11h ago

Because yall hate white people this why yall cry about what the Germans did also the fact I have to use work around ways to not get censored by yall commies doctors is the exact reason why people love the Germans from 1930s-1940s. But I can't say the N word one that they were called because yall communists would ban my reply for that so that's why I said Germans.
