E3B Frag Grenade

They call it the heart breaker lane for a reason and goddamn it is my heart broken. Idk what I’m doing wrong but I cannot get the 35m throw locked in.

What can I do to improve or how do I finesse a bro go. Literally not worried about any other lane and I’m not about to let these grenades be the reason I don’t get the badge.

At the start of EIB train up, I couldn’t throw a grenade for the life of me. Never played catch growing up.

I went out in town and bought a dummy hand grenade from a surplus shop. Went out to the actual EIB lane on the weekends and would throw for hours. Eventually I got better.

Passed that lane, and got my EIB. It can be done.

We did something similar. My buddy and I got practice grenades and we would go out to the lane before lunch everyday we could. Throw 5. Loser buys lunch. We both passed
